According to the Chairman of DPD KSPSI North Sumatra, Tengku Muhammad Yusuf, FSP KEP is the largest federation in Indonesia, and thus, it should establish good synergy with various parties.
“This (FSP KEP) is the Big House for workers. Therefore, it must be well-maintained and always coordinate with Branch and Regional Leadership,” hoped Tengku Yusuf.

“We from Sumut will support PUK, because our lifeline is in PUK. Continue to maintain good relations with PT Inalum and the Government in a proper manner,” Rio emphasized with hope.
Andri Rahmadani, newly appointed as the Chairperson of PUK FSP KEP SPSI PT. Inalum, firmly stated that the inauguration marked a momentum for FSP KEP SPSI to become a Major Player (Majority), not just a follower.
Deputy Regent of Batu Bara Syafrizal delivered a message from Regent Baharuddin in his speech. He believed that more than 90% of workers support the current Batu Bara Regency Government.
“A well-run and conducive business environment will create harmony between Entrepreneurs and Workers. For this reason, PUK FSP KEP SPSI PT. Inalum must be able to become a Workers’ Union Organization that is responsible for the welfare of its members,” said Deputy Regent Batu Bara Syafrizal.
